Jack White exclusively guides Steve Lamacq around his brand new Third Man Records Store in Soho, London, the day before it opens to the public. They discuss their favourite record shops past and present, the records Jack grew up with in his youth and previously unheard releases he's been thrilled to give a home to at Third Man Records.
Jack also explains all the personal touches he's added to the shop; including a straight-to-acetate for 7" vinyl recording booth, old gig posters and his own sculptures on the walls, a book vending machine and "the blue basement" for live performances.
Jack White first found fame as one half of The White Stripes, forming in 1997, and after finding global success with that band he's gone on to release three solo studio albums as well as music as a part of the bands The Raconteurs and The Dead Weather.
