Lockdown poetry in print, memories of a father’s old tin box, a postcard from Portavogie and an artful Ulster-Scots soundtrack.

There’s chat about a new volume of lockdown poetry, nostalgia about a father’s old tin box, a wee sound postcard from Portavogie and a visual artist’s Ulster-Scots soundtrack.

Helen Mark, Rab Lennox and Jonnie Crawford welcome Robert Campbell to Kintra and hear how the programme encouraged him to write – and publish – a volume of poetry during lockdown. Willie Hill’s dulcet tones give the soundtrack to the final project set in the Ulster-Scots home area of visual arts student, Emily Esdale. Rab’s son James gets put on the spot about his plans for his da on father’s day and Elaine McFeeters sends a wee sound postcard from near Portavogie – and yes, on a hot day, we wish were there for sure!
