Tom chats to London based producer, DJ and visual artist LCY ahead of their mix in The Ravers Hour.
Since the release of their bandcamp only debut LCY EP in March 2020, LCY has rapidly emerged as a key new proponent of UK underground music and culture.
In its first 2 years their label SZNS7N has put out releases spanning all corners of electronic, bass and club music from the likes of NARA, Yazzus, Lijah, Tailor Jae, Traces, MUHLA, Raheim and more.
They've just released Pulling Teeth - a 6-track concept EP that was almost two years in the making, taking inspiration from traditional Irish lore, fantasy soundtracks and the books of Mary Shelley to materialise their story. The EP reflects not just LCY themself and the world around them, but also Celtic polytheism.
