But being your own boss is by no means a guarantee your business will be a success, with more than half failing in the first 5 years. Discussing all of this is Anita Tiessen, the boss of Youth Business International, who have supported around 300 thousand young businesses around the world during the pandemic, and Jared Schacter, who founded hot sauce company Bombanana at the age of just 22.
