Cerys has the perfect Sunday morning accompaniment with an eclectic playlist crossing borders and genres, from Brazilian sambas to Kenyan choirs.

Cerys is in conversation with Arooj Aftab about her third album Vulture Prince. Arooj grew up in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan before moving to America to study music production. Her music has been influenced by Sufi Poetry and South Asian ghazals, blended with jazz, electronic and classical minimalism.

Newport born actor Michael Sheen tells us about the impact reading Raymond Williams has had on him personally. Michael recently joined professor Daniel G. Williams and politician Leanne Wood, to discuss the life, work, and continued relevance of Raymond Williams at this year鈥檚 Hay Festival.

And as part of 6Music's Loud and Proud season, Cerys learns about Bogha-Frois, a project in Scotland which brings together LGBTQ+ folk musicians together to write, collaborate and perform songs in folk tradition and tell stories about life as a member of the LGBT community.
