Cooking in the kitchen today are mother and daughter Jo and Millie from Berwick-upon-Tweed. They run a food waste caf茅 and are looking to find new ways to incorporate some of the food that is most often donated to them. In the Red Tomato kitchen, chef Ellis Barrie is on hand to show Jo how to fillet a fish properly, and in the Green Pepper kitchen, Romy Gill spices up Millie鈥檚 ingredients to produce show-stopping dishes.
