Lucy Alexander is joined by three entrepreneurs to watch customers test and score a wirelessly charged torch, a laundry bag and an alternative to traditional swimming caps.

Three entrepreneurs come together to discover what our cast of customers think of their inventions. Joined in the studio by presenter Lucy Alexander, the inventors watch footage of customers as they unbox, test, review and score their precious products. In this episode, we meet Thomas, Javier and Joanne who are all hoping to receive the highest scores from the customers to be crowned the winner. Thomas has a background in engineering and a passion for inventing. He failed to find a multipurpose torch that could give him the various uses he needed while still being strong enough to withstand knocks and drops. So Thomas came up with his own compact, ultra-bright wirelessly charged LED flashlight that he claims is practically indestructible. Puerto Rican-born Javier was concerned at the amount of plastic bags he and his kids used to carry their sweaty sportswear. He also hated having to reunite odd socks and tops, so Javier came up with a sustainable bag that can be popped into the washing machine complete with dirty clothes inside, keeping it all together. Joanne鈥檚 blood pressure was dangerously high and she was advised to take up swimming. However, she soon became frustrated with traditional swimming caps and decided to make a stylish, waterproof scarf that ties at the back and prevents water from ruining her hair. Once all three inventors have watched the customer reviews and given their own thoughts on the feedback, Lucy reveals who has won the coveted The Customer Is Always Right winner鈥檚 trophy.
