Glenballyeamon, Ballyhornan and the Auld Lammas Fair
Storyteller Liz Weir organises a virtual night of culture from around the world, memories of the Auld Lammas Fair and memoirs from Ballyhornan in the 1930s.
Storyteller Liz Weir MBE organises a virtual night of singing and stories from her barn in Glenballyeamon, with 80 people from all over the world joining the festivities. The Auld Lammas Fair has been cancelled this year but Ballycastle's Peter Molloy is gathering memories of the famous event. A life size horse sculpture made entirely from horse shoes has been erected in Cullybackey. Memoirs and singing from the 1930s in Ballyhornan with Maureen Gill Sharp. The first 'Camino Mhacha' has taken place this month in Armagh.
