Zoom calls in PJ's? Lynette chats digital etiquette with professor Cary Cooper.

During these times, we have relied on digital platforms to keep us connected - but what is our digital etiquette like? Do you Zoom in your PJ's? Or have you been interrupted by children or pets? There are so many variables and a recent digital etiquette survey study had thrown up some interesting results and Lynette discusses these with Psychologist Cary Cooper.

Plus, what's next for older people, as society makes its way forward into a 鈥渘ew normal鈥? What do decision makers and the people formulating the future need to understand when helping to create a world that should be accessible to older people?

Eamon Quinn director of Engage with Age, a community development charity that works with older people to combat isolation and loneliness, and to promote health and welbeing, chats to Lynette.
