Snow Patrol frontman Gary Lightbody digs deep into his record collection to play his favourite tracks, with personal stories on what they mean to him.
Presenting his first ever radio show, Gary Lightbody invites listeners to join him for a 'deep dive' into his record collection, playing his favourite tracks from multiple genres and eras of music. In a show recorded for Radio Ulster one month ago, you can expect rock, indie, folk, soul, hip hop, funk, techno (and everything inbetween). Gary also plans to share a wealth of insight and anecdotes from three decades touring the world with his band, Snow Patrol. This week, Gary's selections take us to Cameroon and Cologne, he'll talk about his parents being 'right all along' with regards to country music and he'll reveal which NI artist is likely to stop everyone in their tracks if he's handed a guitar at a party!
