Scores of people with 12+ penalty points still on NI roads. Is that fair to those who have lost their licence?
The Nolan Show can reveal that there are currently 43 people in Northern Ireland who still have their licence despite having 12 or more penalty points.
In fact - some have many more than 12. With one person still allowed to drive - despite having 21 penalty points.
For most of us - 12 is the cut off. The point where your points mean you have your licence taken off you.

The Driver and Vehicle Agency have laid the blame with the courts service. It told us that if a ban would cause 'exceptional hardship' the driver may not be disqualified.
But is that fair on the rest of us?
