Health unions reject calling off strike action as new Health Minister Robin Swann sets out his offer.
The new health minister Robin Swann says he's found the money to resolve the nurses' pay dispute and get health workers off the picket line and back to work.
But where's the money coming from? The Minister announced that he's borrowing 拢30m from next year's Stormont budget. That might work if the Executive gets a big cash injection from the British Government.
So is Robin Swann gambling with money he hasn't really got?
And how will he cope with the massive problems in the health service here?
Vinny spoke to the new Health Minister, plus Pat Cullen from the RCN and Anne Speed from Unison.
Also on the programme, should people pay for Big Ben bong for Brexit? Would scraping Air Passenger Duty for failing airlines hurt climate change targets? Plus, should nude art drawing classes be taught in school to promote body positivity?
