Mark Radcliffe and Stuart Maconie present a feast of great music and chat for weekend breakfast.

On today's show, musician, songwriter and singer Ahmed Gallab AKA Sinkane shares his 'First, Last and Everything' - that’s the first record he owned, the most recent one he's been enjoying and the record that means 'everything' to him. He heads up his band Sinkane which he describes as 'an American band comprised of people from all over the world'. The band's latest album 'Dépaysé' was released earlier this year. Before embarking on his work in Sinkane, he worked with musicians such as Eleanor Friedburger and toured as the drummer with Caribou, of Montreal and Yeasayer. Ahmed shares childhood memories of singing along with friends to TLC's 1994 hit album 'CrazySexyCool', discusses his admiration for guitarist, singer and songwriter Brittany Howard and her new solo album. Plus he explains the impact Radiohead has had on him as an artist.

Also on the show... a whole host of quality radio items including 'Breakfast Blend' - three tracks that make a great sonic blend - plus another instalment of Sunday Glove Songs.

You can take part in The Chain, choosing a track for our world-famous list of interconnected songs, which yesterday reached number 8000!

Plus a finely balanced blend of new and old music, setting you up for a Sunday.
