The Belfast Trust chief executive warns Stephen that industrial action planned by health workers could delay some people's cancer diagnoses.
10,000 outpatient appointments and surgeries have been cancelled at hospitals this week due to ongoing strike action by Unions over pay and staffing. The permanent secretary for health, Richard Pengelly, has appealed for the strikes to be put on hold but the Royal College of Nursing has said no.
Stephen spoke to the chief executive of Belfast Health Trust, Martin Dillon, Pat Cullen - director of the Royal College of Nursing in Northern Ireland and John Patrick Clayton from union Unison.
