The listener who was left on the roadside, despite having a translink ticket for the Dublin Airport to Belfast bus. She and others had bought their tickets online, but the bus didn't arrive. How to shop around for cheaper energy, the cost has gone up, just in time for the colder weather - but the Consumer Council says the cost of wholesale electricity and gas has come down. So why the rise? And Linda finds out how in many ways we are failing those with limited eyesight.
