A new report suggests that almost a quarter of the UK's care workers are struggling with their mental health because of the demands of the job. The survey, by the National Association of Care and Support Workers, comes as councils warn that some care services could close unless more money is found. The figures also suggest that 80% of carers have felt close to burning out, and 40% don't think their employers provide enough support for mental health issues. We speak to the National Association of Care and Support Workers and Care England, that represents companies providing care services.

We investigate complaints from listeners about the courier service, Yodel. One woman told us that a parcel she ordered containing 48 toilet rolls was confiscated by a Yodel driver after she challenged him about leaving it on the doorstep, even though she was home. Yodel has apologised to her for what happened. We speak to Martyn James from the consumer complaints website, Resolver, about what people can do if their goods are damaged or not delivered properly.

Over the the last three years, a series of smaller, so called "challenger" energy supply companies have gone bust. So far, 14 have gone under, most recently Cardiff Energy Supply and Solarplicity. We examine what happens when these companies go out of business and who takes on their customers. We also talk to Matt Vickers, the Chief Executive of the Energy Ombudsman, about some of the complaints people have brought to him. They include cases where people have struggled to claim back credit balances from failed suppliers, despite this being guaranteed by the energy regulator, Ofgem.
