Jason and Kate host this month's 'Spiritual Gym' - a beginner's guide to mindfulness with Buddhist monk, Gelong Thubten.

Jason Mohammad and the Reverend Kate Bottley hosts this month's 'Spiritual Gym' - our practical guide to how to soothe the soul and make space in your busy lives.

We'll be joined by Buddhist monk Gelong Thubten, one of the UK's foremost meditation and mindfulness teachers. Gelong's written 'A Monk鈥檚 Guide to Happiness' and will be sharing practical tips about how we can all start to do 'micro meditations' whether on the bus, at the shops or at work, bringing moments of calm to our everyday lives.

Plus we'll hear Kate chat with Nicoletta Mantovani Pavarotti about the new film 'Pavarotti' - an in-depth look at the life, career and legacy of the musical icon, known as 'the People's Tenor'. Nicoletta, Pavarotti's widow, shares with Kate what Pavarotti was really like, including his strong faith and belief that his voice was a gift from God.
