A tale of two prams - Dianne contacted On Your Behalf after Easyjet broke her child's pram on a flight to Glasgow. She received 拢1300 compensation. Imagine our surprise and disbelief when we got an email from Dianne this week to say that Easyjet broke a second pram, on the same flight, just 6 months later!
