Social Media and Sleep

Could a social media age limit of 18 protect young people from future problems? And are we spending too much time working, watching TV and worrying in bed rather than sleeping?

Vinny Hurrell is joined by Naomh McilHatton and Nicola Weir for some lively conversation.
Tonight should there be a social media age limit of 18? This is not to ban young people from having fun but rather protect them from doing really stupid things that live on the internet forever.

And what has gone wrong with our bedtime Habits? Recent research shows that we're spending too much time working, watching TV and worrying in bed. What's more, we're clocking up more hours getting up-to-date on social media than we are getting intimate in bed. We are not sleeping enough for our bodies and we are too tired for sex?

Our mini-series 'What I wish I'd Known when I was 25' continues with local singer Maggie Toal.
