SDLP leader Colum Eastwood hits out at Sinn Fein's call for a border poll after Brexit
SDLP leader Colum Eastwood used his address to the Fianna Fail Ard Fheis last weekend to say there was 'a special place reserved in hell' for those calling for a border poll.
The leader of the SDLP, Colm Eastwood, seems be taking speech writing tips from the President of the European Council, Donald Tusk. He used his historic address to the Fianna Fail Ard Fheis last weekend to say there was 'a special place reserved in hell' for those calling for a border poll with no plan as to how a united Ireland might work. He also called out Sinn Fein - telling them to do their duty and restore power sharing.
Also on the programme, assisted dying - a new poll suggests almost half of UK GPs would want to be prescribed drugs to help them die if they were terminally ill and drama at Cup Final as Chelsea goalkeeper refuses to be substituted.
