Decades ago, TV comedy programmes were littered with casual racism, sexism and homophobia in a way that today would be considered outrageous.
Generations before that had strange ideas about mental illness, often taking trips to the asylum to view the inmates - as they were then described.
Women didn't have the vote, pregnant women were forced to leave their jobs. All has changed, utterly.
So what do we say and do today that might horrify future generations?
