The end's now in sight for letting fees paid by new tenants in England. From June they'll be axed. But will the costs be passed on by landlords simply putting up the rent?
It could soon cost you an extra 拢2 a night to stay in Edinburgh with the first ever tourist tax in the UK. We look at how that might work and will other areas copy the idea?
