£200,000 of funding for the West Belfast festival has been put on hold after councillors raised concerns about how the money was awarded. Funding has also been put on hold for two other festivals. Féile an Phobail is one of the most successful and well established festivals in Northern Ireland. It's been going for 30 years and attracts some major names. But does it get too much funding? Or is it worth every penny it gets? Stephen got the views of UUP Cllr Chris McGimpsey, Labour Party member Phil Kelly, Alliance Cllr Sian O’Neill and Féile an Phobail Director Kevin Gamble.

Also on the programme, gender pay inequality has been an ongoing issue for some time. This week the Â鶹Éç was criticised by a group of MPs who published a new report claiming the broadcaster is refusing to admit it has a problem when it comes to equal pay. They say it has failed to learn lessons and faces a backlash from staff. The Money Savings Expert Martin Lewis yesterday asked if all our pay should be public? This with the aim to reduce issues such as the gender pay gap and big boss pay packets. Stephen got the views of commentator Fionola Meredith and former MP Lembit Opik.
