Before Christmas there were predictions of doom and gloom for town centre retailers however shoppers flooded back into Belfast over Christmas giving troubled trade a much needed boost with a reported 40% rise in footfall. Elsewhere, the tide is turning for shopping, so what can shoppers and traders do about it? Consumer expert Jimmy Hughes and Aodh谩n Connolly of the British Retail Consortium are live in studio to answer your queries on post Christmas and New Year returns.
