Alison Balsom speaks to presenter Katie Derham about her forthcoming performance of Guy Barker's The Lanterne of Light. We also hear from cellist Torleif Thedéen before a concert featuring the Quartet for the End of Time with Hugo Ticciati, Mark Simpson and Alasdair Beatson at Kings Place. Plus pianist Annie Yim joins us in the studio to premiere an extract of a new collaborative work by Raymond Yiu featured next week at the Galerie Thaddaeus Ropac and inspired by their current exhibitions of Robert Rauschenberg and John Cage.
