In studio John is joined by actor Lucia McAnespie talking about "Dear Arabella", the Marie Jones' play about the story of three women who meet each other by chance and their random acts of kindness. 14-year-old singer songwriter Roise McHugh makes her radio debut singing two songs. John visits the world famous show Cirque de Soleil backstage. Sheila Donegan sells Maths to John on this being Maths Week. Alice McCullough talks about how life as a performance poet and comedian has helped her through mental illness and resident chef Paula McIntyre cooks crispy squid with Dulse mayo and lemon, live from the Dartmouth Food Festival in Devon.
