Cathy MacDonald presents live coverage of the choral competitions from the last day of the Royal National Mòd in Dunoon. The main competition will feature choirs battling to win the Lovat and Tullibardine Shield which Dingwall Gaelic Choir won last year for the 12th time. Joining Cathy to offer analysis on the ‘L+T’ and also the competition for the Margrat Duncan Memorial Trophy will be music teacher and conductor Lisa MacNeil who lives and works on Barra and the Reverend Donald M MacInnes, who has an in-depth knowledge of choral singing. The programme will also feature the winners of the Esme Smyth Trophy and the Mull and Iona Shield.
