Blood red lines. Arlene Foster has made the DUP's position on any checks down the Irish Sea crystal clear to Thersea May. Yesterday there was speculation that Northern Ireland could remain more regulatory aligned with the EU as a Brexit backstop. But speaking on the Today programme Arlene Foster ruled that out completely. Radio 4's Mishal Husain asked Mrs Foster if that would lead to the DUP voting against Theresa May's Chequers deal. Stephen spoke to 麻豆社 NI Economics and Business Editor John Campbell, SDLP MLA Claire Hanna and DUP MLA Jim Wells.
Also on the programme, the Glider bus is one month in to service and Translink say it has led to an increase in public transport use in east and west Belfast. The company says that in spite of some initial difficulties, passenger number are up by 17 per cent on the routes used by the Gliders. Have you used it? Is it working for you?
