With Jay Cahill on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Plus how do you best support a mother when her adult child dies?

Jay Cahill left her job as a deputy head teacher to set up a community gym in Manchester. Her passion is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which is a submission grappling full contact marital arts. Reporter Ena Miller visited the gym to hear about the women who are benefiting from her classes.

How do you best support a mother when her adult child dies? Jane Wessman's son Billy died when he was aged 44. She talks to Jenni and they are joined by Julia Samuel, a grief psychotherapist and Carolyn Brice, Chief Executive of the national charity, The Compassionate Friends.
