Coverage of the judgment delivered by the Supreme Court, unanimously rejecting an appeal by Pimlico Plumbers after the company claimed that Gary Smith, who worked at the company for six years, was self-employed. The court ruled that an employment tribunal was 'entitled to conclude' that Mr Smith was a worker, from Wednesday 13 June.
