How to make a living from doing more than one thing? Many of us are giving up the idea of a career for life, in favour of juggling a collection of jobs at the same time. You may be a chef who teaches on the side or a stockbroker with a gardening business, but what are the pros and cons of managing several roles in one go? Does it give us more freedom or just more headaches? Adam Shaw discusses whether multiple-jobbing is a liberating choice and the clearest sign that the lifetime career is so over.
