A hotel group pledges 120 jobs in Ebrington after its plans are given the go-ahead.

Ebrington Square has been something of a slow burner - but it could be in line for its biggest jobs boost to date. A hotel group is pledging to bring 120 jobs to the site after its multi-million-pound plans were given the green light yesterday. Up to 150 more will be created in the construction phase.

They're the specialist doctors at the frontline of pregnancy and childcare. Now the the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists has made a significant intervention into the abortion debate, saying that women in Northern Ireland should be able to have abortions within their own country. They also say that doctors and other health professionals here still need to care for women who have had an abortion overseas, or taken abortion pills purchased online. And they've pointed to the unease - in their words - the legal situation creates among healthcare professionals.
