Sociological discussion programme. Artisanal and natural foods. Laurie Taylor ponders their origins, meaning and future.
The politics and meaning of 'alternative' foods: Laura Miller, Associate Professor of Sociology at Brandeis University, discusses her study of 'Natural Foods'.
