Conservative MP Jeremy Lefroy has urged families to switch off their TVs and play games together. Stressing the importance of "family time and meal times" in a Westminster Hall Debate he claimed that TV and social media stops families from talking to each other and went on to say that family breakdown was overlooked as a cause of mental health problems in children.
