As many as one million older people are "withering away" in their own home because of malnutrition caused by loneliness. That's according to a new report by an all-party parliamentary group on hunger. They are suggesting the winter fuel allowance should be means-tested to free money up to help tackle hunger. Also on the programme, a mother-of-two whose car was stolen and involved in a collision with police says she has been left "deeply distressed" after being told one of the officers is claiming against her insurance.
