The children's commissioner for England has warned that children cannot cope with social media when they move to secondary school. And the Mental Health Foundation in Scotland has said that their research indicates 30% of 18-24 year olds say social media is driving them to feel socially isolated.

IRN BRU
According to the front page of today's Sun, Irn-bru fans are 'panic-buying' the soft drink before recipe is changed this month. The Cumbernauld-based firm, AG Barr, is to cut Irn Bru's sugar content from about 10g per 100ml to just below 5g. We speak to the founder of the Save Real Irn-Bru campaign.
