A campaign group 'Free Periods' is organising a peaceful protest outside Downing Street to persuade the government to give free sanitary products to girls in the UK who are eligible for free school meals. The campaign is led by 18 year-old Amika George. She joins Jane to explain why she established the movement. They are joined by Sharon White, who represents thousands of school nurses who experience first-hand the impact period poverty is having on young women.

Twenty-two year old Louisa Ellis is a finalist in this year's Masterchef: The Professionals on 麻豆社2. She talks about her job as a junior Sous Chef in Birmingham, and how she plans to make it to the top of the culinary world.

Our research revealed that East Dunbartonshire is the Best Place for women to live. Next door West Dunbartonshire came near the bottom of the table. How is the quality of life so different? Isobel from East Dunbartonshire and Louise from West Dunbartonshire spent the day together to find out about each other's lives. Today Louise shows Isobel around her hometown.
