Leo Varadkar tells Theresa May he'll look at any new proposals to break the border Brexit impasse with an open mind.
Well, it could be another big day on the Brexit front. The Taoiseach says Theresa May has told him she'll come up with new proposals today to try to break the impasse over the border. But Leo Varadkar insists any new language must be in line with the deal which collapsed on Monday.
The UN Security Council is expected to hold an emergency meeting after President Trump made an historic decision to recognise the disputed city of Jerusalem as Israel's capital, overturning decades of US policy. Mr Trump said the decision was long overdue and reflected the reality of Israel's presence in the city.
