For some years he was one of the most infamous IRA players from the Troubles. Shane Paul O'Doherty was a teenage letter bomber. The young Derry lad joined the IRA aged just 15, and went on to lead a solo bombing campaign in London. He was caught, charged with 31 counts of attempted murder, and spent 15 years in prison. He spoke about life, the importance of truth and forgiveness, and his final repudiation of the IRA.
