Shaun Ley speaks to Albie Sachs, a former South African Constitutional Court Judge. In December, South Africa's ruling party, the ANC, chooses a successor for beleaguered president Jacob Zuma. Corruption allegations, denied by the president, continue to swirl, yet he's survived them all. Albie Sachs is another survivor but one of a different kind. He survived imprisonment, exile and being blown up by the country's security forces, and helped write the post-apartheid constitution. He thinks it's one of the world's best. So why do others, especially the young, say 'the constitution is against us, especially when you are poor'?
