Comments by the DUP's Sir Jeffrey Donaldson seem to suggest a further softening of the party's previously hardline position on the visit of the Pope to Northern Ireland. There's increasing speculation that Pope Francis will come here next August as part of his visit to the island of Ireland. This would seem to signal a significant shift in the DUP's view of a possible Papal visit. It was the former leader Ian Paisley who called the pope the anti-christ in the European Parliament.
Also on the programme, another deadline in the Stormont talks process - Monday is D day - or is it? What will the Secretary of State do if there's no agreement between Sinn Fein and the DUP on restoring the institutions at Stormont?
