Stories

Winchester Retreat Walk

Tue 10th October is  World Mental Health Day. Katherine Jenkins joins Brian Draper on a retreat walk with a group who talk about how much they value retreats and a walk in the Winchester countryside surrounded by nature to reflect and realise in this ‘busy’ world how important it is to find time for spiritual reflection and our own wellbeing.

Stable Life

Sean Fletcher heads to the Scottish Boarders to meet one young girl who suffered with crimpling anxiety and how a relationship with horses helped her to find that confidence and belief in herself her mum thought would never happen.

Rev Richard Coles

Sean interviews Rev Richard Coles at the very church where he found faith. He speaks openly about the psychological struggles he had as a teenager.

St Catherine’s Hill Labyrinth

Brian Draper leads the group on the retreat walk to the top of St Catherine’s Hill where they walk the 300 year Labyrinth which is cut into the chalk soil.
