Natalie Dormer is one of the most recognisable faces on our screens after playing roles in both Game of Thrones and The Hunger Games. She talks to Jenni about her career and her new role as seductive actress in the play Venus in Fur.
Yesterday afternoon the Welsh Labour MP, Chris Elmore, spoke in a Westminster Debate about the challenges facing women when they're released from prison. The day before, the Home Office Minister, Sarah Newton, spoke about the links between domestic abuse and women's offending. And last week the Prison Governors Association's President, Andrea Albutt, said that prisoners weren't getting the support they needed when they left prison. She went as far to say that the breaking up of the National Probation Service has not worked. Jenni is joined by Dame Glenys Stacey, Chief Inspector of Probation, Joy Doal, Director of Anawim Women's Centre and Katy Swaine-Williams from the Prison Reform Trust.
An Egyptian champion in her youth, Nagwa Ghorab is now a 74 year old, Masters swimmer. She tells us why she is so passionate about her sport.
A new study has examined the online experiences of over 150 powerful women in the public eye. On average each women received over forty-two thousand adverse tweets over a six month period. They included attacks on their ability, sexual harassment and threats of violence. Faye Raincock from the creative data agency Havas Helia discusses the research.
From beloved Gogglebox star to Queen of the 'I'm a Celebrity...' Jungle Scarlett Moffatt has stolen the nation's heart with her witty one liners, her honesty and her Northern charm. She joins Jenni to talk about her life growing up in County Durham and overcoming her anxiety problems to become a TV personality. Her book Me Life Story, Sofa So Good is out now.
