Disabled people are making audio recordings of their benefit assessments, because they don't trust assessors to write up the interviews accurately. We hear from a listener with ME who was turned down for Personal Independence Payment. He claims his report doesn't reflect his answers at all - and he has a tape recording to prove it.
The Advertising Standards Authority is cracking down on gambling adverts that encourage people in debt to gamble as a way out of their problems. The adverts were created by "affiliates," but the regulator says the buck stops with the gambling firms. We speak to the ASA and Ladbrokes.
