Helen Skelton introduces coverage from the World Aquatics Championships in Budapest, Hungary. The action includes the women's 400m freestyle, in which the favourite is US superstar Katie Ledecky. She won this event at 2016's Olympic Games - one of her five gold medals in Rio - and also has nine world titles under her belt, despite only turning 20 earlier this year.

At the World Championships in 2015, James Guy claimed silver in the men's 400m freestyle, and the Briton could again be amongst the medal contenders in Budapest. Today's schedule also includes the men's and women's 4x100m freestyle relays.

Expert analysis is provided by double Olympic champion Rebecca Adlington and six-time world champion Mark Foster.
