Nolan grills Diana Tapes lawyer defending sale of videos to Channel 4 documentary

Nolan grills Marcus Rutherford - the lawyer of Peter Settelen, who recorded the tapes when he was Diana's voice coach, before selling the rights to Channel 4 for new documentary.

A new documentary is due to air next week, showing footage previously never shown in the UK - in which the Princess of Wales discusses her marriage and her love affair with a royal protection officer. The 麻豆社 decided to pull its own programme containing the same tapes ten years ago - and there are now calls for Channel Four to do the same. So, should Channel 4 be allowed to show what was private footage, recorded before Diana died 20 years ago? Is it in the public interest, or just interesting to the public? Will you be watching? Stephen has been speaking to Marcus Rutherford - the lawyer of Peter Settelen, who recorded the tapes when he was Diana's voice coach, before selling the rights.

Also on the programme, PSNI has been criticised after announcing there would be uniformed police officers taking part in Belfast's gay pride parade for the first time. Serving officers will take their place in the annual parade through the city centre next Saturday. A PSNI spokeswoman said: "Police officers and staff from the Police Service of Northern Ireland have been involved in the Pride parade for many years. However, this is the first time they will have taken part in the parade in uniform." But for some this is a move too far. With accusations that the PSNI are supporting a "political campaign" by taking part, Loyalist blogger Jamie Bryson and John O'Doherty from the Rainbow Project debate.

And, shrinkflation! Over 2,500 products have shrunk in size over the past five years but are being sold for the same price! Commentator Siobhan O'Connor and the businessman Irwin Armstrong talked to Stephen, and he started by asking Irwin if these companies are conning the public?
