All this week we'll be talking to actor Patricia Greene about sixty years in the role of Jill Archer. We dip into The Archers' archive as far back as 1959 and discuss how her character has reflected changes in women's lives over time.

Some of the 麻豆社's most high-profile female personalities have called on the corporation to "act now" to deal with the gender pay gap. Jane hears from listeners and talks to Sarah Veale, former head of Equality and Employment Rights at the TUC, Labour MP Jess Phillips and Charlie Dobrez, Director of Lewes FC in Sussex where the women's and men's teams are paid the same.
