The case of two young girls who went on their first holiday to Greece and arrived to find a building site instead of their hotel. The growth in bogus claims for food poisioning... is it a British problem? Justice secretary David Lidington says the government wants to limit the legal costs that travel firms have to pay out for the claims. Doreen McKenzie spokesperson from the Association of British Travel Agents is live in studio with Linda as ABTA has launched the Stop Sickness Campaign and warns that these bogus claims could land people in prison.
