The principal of a Derry secondary school says he will have to take up to 拢1,000 a week from his school budget to taxi pupils to activities because of new restrictions on which teachers can drive school minibuses. The Education Authority has written to all schools across Northern Ireland advising them of the Driver and Vehicle Agency licence regulations.
