The big beasts of the DUP are not happy after being branded 'dinosaurs' in the House of Commons yesterday. Edited since transmission.
The big beasts of the DUP are not happy after being branded 'dinosaurs' in the House of Commons yesterday. Green Party leader Caroline Lucas took a swipe at them before Sir Jeffrey Donaldson hit back, but Speaker John Bercow dismissed his claim that it was 'unparliamentary language'. Stephen got the views of the Green Party leader in Northern Ireland, Steven Agnew, and former DUP MLA Nelson McCausland.
Also on the programme, tomorrow is the first anniversary of the Brexit referendum. A massive political earthquake - but are we any closer to knowing what Brexit will actually mean? Two weeks ago, it was polling day in the general election that Theresa May called to give her clear Brexit mandate. That didn't go according to plan. So have we any idea where we are heading? Stephen got the views of SDLP MLA Claire Hanna and former Labour MP Tom Harris.
Plus, has Boris blown it again? The foreign secretary is being tipped as the favourite to replace Theresa May. But that was before a disastrous 麻豆社 interview with Eddie Mair yesterday. Stephen got the views of former Conservative minister and commentator Edwina Currie.
And Nolan interviews the author of the new book, 'UVF: Behind the Mask'.
